      Edmonton Resilience Festival 2019

Join us at the 5th annual Edmonton Resilience Festival and sign-up for skill-building workshops, visit the local market, and participate in conversations to empower resilient people and communities Resilience is our ability to bounce back! The Edmonton Resilience Festival, presented by the Edmonton Permaculture Guild, is a fun-filled day of learning, connection, and celebration. Participate in an eclectic combination of workshops and conversations to assist you building a more resilient, joyful community. The festival and local market are free to attend (no tickets needed), and workshops are offered on a donation basis (most with a minimum amount of $5 or $10 plus material costs). Sign up to volunteer on our website - for 3 hours of your time, receive a free workshop and t-shirt, as well as in invitation to the after-party on June 9. Workshop tickets launch at 12 p.m. on March 26 and close at 12 a.m. on April 26.   For full workshop details, volunteer applications and more, please visit our website. What does 'sliding scale donation' mean? We offer most workshops for a minimum of $5 or $10 plus material costs. Our hope is that this payment option will make the workshops accessible for all of our community members. However, if you would like to contribute more to growing the Edmonton Permaculture Guild, we encourage you to pay the maximum amount, or an amount between the suggested amounts. Thank you for supporting our organization so that we may continue to support our community!
