Green Leagues: Climate Adapted

The EFCL and the City of Edmonton are partnering to bring you a series of workshops on Climate Adaptation. The workshops will cover a range of topics relating to how leagues can prepare for and respond to Edmonton's changing climate. Topics will include climate trends, preparing for extreme weather events such as flooding, and climate actions relevant for community leagues. Workshop Topics: Nov 12 | 6:00 - 8:15 PM : Climate Change Risks Nov 19 | 6:00 - 8:15 PM : Preparing for Climate Emergencies Nov 26 | 6:00 - 8:15 PM : Adapting Your League Doors will be open for registration and complimentary dinner will be served at 5:30 PM each evening. Those who attend all three workshops will receive a certificate acknowledging them as a Climate Adaptation Ambassador. Those who already hold the Energy Transition Ambassador certificate will also receive a certificate acknowledging them as a Climate Resilience Ambassador. Climate Adaptation Ambassadors will be entered into a draw to win an energy monitoring system for their league! Workshops will run from 6:00 to 8:15 PM
