Improve Results & Engagement with a Culture of Accountability® : Executive Breakfast Seminar Oct 17

Want better results? Higher employee engagement? Greatly improved accountability? Accountability is foundational in how we make commitments to one another, how we measure and report our progress, how we interact when things go wrong, and how much ownership we take to get things done. It is, in essence, the central nervous system that runs throughout every part of the organization and through every working relationship to every member of every team. Poor accountability is a tax and a drag on performance, while accountability correctly defined and effectively deployed will be an accelerant to achieving great results! Accountability and Results are inextricably linked, and Accountability and Culture (the way we do things here) are also inseparable. Greater Accountability can be successfully implemented in a positive, powerful and sustainable way with phenomenal leverage to Achieve Key Results and transform people, teams and entire enterprises. Improving Organizational Accountability improves Organizational Results with greater impact than organizations have been able to realize with other initiatives like LEAN, Six Sigma, Performance Management and TQM. We will share research and discuss the paradigms of how Accountability is viewed, how prevalent the absence of Accountability is in most organizations, and what the cost is to organizations today. We will identify ‘Below The Line®’ behaviours versus ‘Above The Line®’ behaviours and share best practices on the Steps To Accountability® from The Oz Principle, as well as case studies of teams and organizations that have experienced this transformation. This session will share a powerful approach to creating a Culture of Accountability® that makes a direct impact on the bottom line and helps ensure that employees at every level of the organization embrace accountable behaviour and attitudes that shape daily work and the achievement of organizational results. We will share some approaches, tools and models that have been proven to Achieve Results Through Greater Accountability at different levels within organizations together with some case studies, and share the research of the largest Workplace Accountability Study ever conducted. You pay for the breakfast on a cost-recovery basis but I will add value in the presentation and will have a special offer of substantial value at the end.  Please arrive at 7:45am to register and get settled with the breakfast provided.
